Home Sharing Contractors
The Home Sharing program provides residential support to individuals with a developmental disability within a family setting. Support plans are highly individualized and are designed to meet the unique and evolving needs of each person who accesses this service. Caregivers provide year-round support and work closely with members of the individual's personal network.

Respite Contractors (Contract Description)
The Community-Based Respite program provides support to families of children with special needs either in the family home or in an approved respite resource within the community. The program supports both children and adults, and the goal is to provide families with the ongoing support they need to care for a child with special needs on a daily basis. Respite is a proactive service which prevents the need for more expensive and intrusive interventions.

Residential Care Worke
rs (RCW) (Job Description)
To provide a home-like, comfortable and normative environment in a residential setting. The Care Worker is responsible for creating opportunities for each person to develop his/her abilities and desires to the fullest extent. Care Workers should establish and maintain relationships with each resident living in the residence and encourage the active participation of parents, siblings and friends in each person's life.
