Family Support

Family Support provides on-going support to families facing the challenge of raising a child with special needs. We offer one-to-one personal support on an outreach basis through education and problem solving, and assist families to expand their existing network.

Our services include information and referrals. We support and guide families in developing long term plans or in exploring service options. The Family support program also works in partnership with other community groups and agencies to coordinate activities such as the monthly Parents' Night Out discussion group and the annual Transition Fair.
